Zinnia Bookwala is a certified Interior Designer (NCIDQ, ARIDO) based in Toronto, currently serving as a Workplace Consultant at Avison Young. With over 14 years of experience, she has designed and managed a wide range of projects in residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors across Toronto, Muscat, and Mumbai.

 

In her role at Avison Young, she assists the Workplace team focuses on workplace strategy, design, and closeout phases, through supports tasks such as current state audits, client engagements and hybrid scenario modeling.

Zinnia’s approach to project management integrates her design expertise with contract administration and technology, reflecting her commitment to creating innovative, value-engineered, and functional spaces that positively impact people's lives.

Outside of her design work, Zinnia is an avid reader with a passion for science, mathematics, information technology, and enjoys calligraphy and mixed media DIY crafts.
